   If you need any hints on ways to get started with your writing,i have a list of a few ideas i've collected. i always find that pictures of people can be good. Imagining how the people got in the picture, what they were doing before it was taken, what happened afterwards. even just imagining who the people in the picture are etc etc... just an idea.
   
   what kind of writing do you like doing? stories? poetry? and what kind of genres do you favour, if any?

   That is awesome. Thanks for the suggestions. I've never thought of that. For me, I think it has to be more personal- I like writing about people I meet or encounter day to day... I like to imagine what their life was like before our paths crossed. As far as genres, I like pretty much anything though I mostly do poetry, and it is very similar to yours- focuses on emotions, images, etc. without rhyme.
   
   My aunt lives in Redcar - not many know about it - its about an hour outside of Newcastle. :) Where do you live?
